Experiencing
Touching, smelling and sensing art materials evoke very personal experiences. Those can either be very familiar to you or totally new.
Reflecting
Both your actions and the work you’re creating contain the power to serve as a mirror: your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour become visible while you’re working. Thoughtfully analyzing this process brings us to meaningful reflection.
Gaining insight
Understanding the meaning and implications of your experience creates a powerful foundation for insight in personal transformation and growth.
As a holistic therapist, I base my way of working on the idea that every part of a system is interconnected and part of something bigger. This means I work with all five levels: physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual.


What does it look like?
- A few examples of topics: setting boundaries, growing self-love and confidence, making myself heard.
- You’re in charge of your process, which means I’ll always adjust to your preferences.
- One session takes either 60 or 90 minutes and can be online or in the safety of your own home.
- The duration depends on your preferences and needs. Sometimes a single session can provide enough clarity to help you move forward. Other times several sessions will be helpful.
